Scene Composition
I previously wrote a post by Blender Guru that dealt with color theory. This is another video by him that I watched and found incredibly interesting. Here, Andrew breaks down how use different techniques to create more compelling scenes. Focal elements draw attention to important parts of a scene and frame them to reduce clutter place emphasis on subjects. Structure goes a step further on how focal elements can be used for even further framing e.g. rule of thirds, golden ratio, etc. Lastly, he discusses balance, which was mentioned in one of our readings. An incredibly entertaining and worthwhile watch for design.
