Artistic Style Transfer
On the topic of usage of neural networks to generate art, another technique that can be used to interesting effect is called artistic style transfer, or artistic transfer. By using input data from artwork, the style of can be mimicked and then transferred (hence the name) to another piece of art or video. Here is an example of this technique being used:
