Scotland BP Art Exhibition

Apparently on December 7, the Scottish National Portrait Gallery will be hosting the 2019 BP Portrait Award exhibition, though this is supposedly the last time the show will be held "in its present form," due to concerns over BP's status in the fossil fuel industry

I'm surprised that BP regularly sponsored art programming in the UK, as well as by the fact that the portrait gallery will continue to host the show for this year, rather than stopping it beforehand, given BP's contributions to climate change.
